Job summary

Ross Dress For Less is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store area and oversee daily operations when on duty. You will supervise Associates, ensure a safe, clean, well-merchandised store and represent the brand with professional appearance and service.

The role requires staffing, payroll oversight, and execution of company procedures, with emphasis on safety, loss prevention, and customer experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure store environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Supervise Associates and ensure friendly, professional customer service.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, cleanliness and stockroom organization.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Handle payroll administration and Associate scheduling when required.
