Marshalls in Minnesota is hiring to grow our team. You will drive a positive customer experience, coach Associates, and lead by example as Manager on Duty while ensuring store procedures and labor guidelines are followed.

The role requires agility, teamwork and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Knowledge of standard store software, systems, and procedures.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction and unforeseen situations.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks per store plan and priorities.
• Coaches Associates and addresses customer service issues.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management and Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
