Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
• Communicates with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed
• Keeps back stock organized and replenishment-ready
• Upholds signage, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety programs
