Job summary

Marshalls in Marshall, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to foster an inclusive, high-energy environment and empower a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll drive daily store performance, oversee operations, and model guidance for Associates and customers alike.

You will recruit and mentor staff, implement strategic action plans, and lead initiatives to meet sales and service goals while ensuring shrink reduction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates through comprehensive training and ongoing development.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes.
