Job summary

Five Below seeks an energetic Store Manager on Duty in Bradenton to lead daily store operations, supervise crew, and ensure top-notch customer service. You’ll oversee opening/closing, coaching, and merchandising to boost sales while controlling costs.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts. This full-time hourly position starts at $15.50.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and stock up to 5–10 ft height.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve stock.
• Kneel, bend, twist, and stoop routinely.
• Communicate with customers, managers and coworkers.
• Maintain flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, possible overnight shifts.
• Identify instructions regarding layouts, schedules, and SOPs.
• Remain upright for 80% of the time.
• Must be 18+ and comply with laws.
