Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal service and a fast checkout.
• Train and supervise crew to maintain best customer experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Open/close store, secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training.
• Drive sales and control expenses.
• Coordinate merchandising and store operations with leadership.
