Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in the Manager's absence, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer and donor service. You will assist with banking, deposits, and payroll records while maintaining store standards and compliance with company policies.

You will help drive store performance to meet budgets, balance cash, and protect assets, while promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping and donation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers, donors and staff.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises staff and communicates work performance as needed.
• Assists store manager with day‑to‑day operations to meet budget and standards.
• Handles banking, deposits, and daily financial records for the store.
• Maintains security and accuracy of personnel and store records.
