Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and communicates work performance as needed.
• Ensures proper customer service to all donors and customers.
• Motivates employees to reach production guidelines.
• Controls receiving, pricing, display, and selling within established price ranges.
• Balances cash receipts, prepares daily deposits, and maintains store transaction records.
• Uses cash register for sales, payments, voids, returns, exchanges, and credits.
• Maintains rotation and presentation of store merchandise.
• Manages store loss control and reports suspicious activity.
• Prepares personnel/payroll records and day-to-day paperwork in the manager’s absence.
• Keeps store clean and safe and ensures compliance with safety procedures.
