Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is looking for a Retail Manager to drive store objectives and support the annual plan. You will lead staff, schedule payroll, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment, while upholding ACE culture and the company mission.

You will monitor performance, provide coaching, and manage customer service initiatives. This role requires daily involvement, occasional travel, and a strong focus on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead teams and operate store processes effectively.
• Experience in retail management or supervision is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving required.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to manage payroll and scheduling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling to meet payroll targets daily.
• Drive revenue and monitor performance against goals.
• Maintain displays and merchandise presentation per SOPs.
• Ensure safe, clean store environment for customers and staff.
• Lead monthly team meetings and provide coaching as needed.
• Observe safety policies and enforce company rules.
