Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, donors and staff.
• Experience with cash handling, banking and payroll records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and communicates work performance as needed.
• Assists with interviewing applicants and orientations for new hires.
• Balances cash receipts and prepares daily bank deposits.
• Ensures store is open during designated hours and maintains a safe environment.
• Manages loss prevention by monitoring activity and reporting concerns.
