Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to strengthen store profitability and efficiency at our Meridian location. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and visual standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes physical movement, teamwork, and a proactive approach to stockroom and sales floor operations, with part-time hours and weekly open availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a client-centric, sales & operational role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Support safety and stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Implement operations directives with the team.
• Support product flow and daily replenishment.
• Use metrics to guide business-driving actions.
• Resolve client needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate inventory needs to support goals.
