Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. Qualifications

• 1+ year of client-centric sales and operations experience.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs/ladder and stand for long shifts.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with team-oriented drive.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendor relationships, and facilities for max efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Address product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Perform other tasks to keep store clean and efficient.
