Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure quick merchandising.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership in merchandising and store recovery steps.
• Maintain cleanliness and stockroom organization.
