Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly store leadership team member in Wisconsin to maintain daily store operations, train crew, and drive sales. This role requires overseeing associates, opening/closing duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers. Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as trash removal, sweeping, bathrooms cleaning, and stock room upkeep.
