Five Below is seeking a motivated retail leader for the Clifton Park, NY area to support store operations and guest experience.

You will oversee daily activities of the crew, train staff on the BEST customer service, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed. The role involves opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and stock organization with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, and alarm safeguards.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs maintenance tasks like cleaning and stock room upkeep.
