Job summary

You will coordinate merchandising, oversee stock receiving, and work with the leadership team to boost sales while controlling expenses. Must engage with customers and staff to maintain a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowed customers through personal contact and excellent service.
• Train crew on BE/ST customer service and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
• Open/close store processes, secure cash and alarms for smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
