Job summary

Swig seeks an Assistant Manager in Utah to oversee daily store operations, mentor staff, and ensure a premier guest experience. You’ll lead FOH and BOH, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and work with the team to drive sales while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, strong communication, and reliability; must be at least 16. A food handler permit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Food handler's permit required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in FOH and BOH to Swig standards.
• Train, develop, mentor, and communicate with staff to foster a positive environment.
• Act as primary customer service contact and manage online reviews.
• Drive sales growth and manage labor costs for profitability.
• Monitor prep, stocking, staging, and overall operational efficiency.
• Adjust staffing schedules and assist with weekly reports and inventory.
