Job summary

Swig is hiring a Shift Lead in Utah. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, greet guests warmly, and ensure smooth store operations. You’ll train teammates, maintain cleanliness, handle prep and stocking, and assist with to-go orders while following Swig’s safety standards.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and the role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities with competitive pay incl. tips.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workspaces.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure food rotation and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals.
• Offer add-ons and promote menu items.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
