Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations in Saint George, UT. You’ll lead FOH/BOH tasks, train staff, and ensure our high standards are met with a warm, guest-focused mindset.

Expect to manage labor, reviews, inventories, and reporting while keeping the experience fast-paced, fun, and consistent with Swig’s brand. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, and you must meet basic age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring standards are met.
• Train, develop, mentor, and communicate with staff to foster a positive environment.
• Act as the primary contact for customer service and online reviews.
• Drive sales growth and manage labor costs to improve profitability.
• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging for efficient operations.
• Adjust staffing to ensure coverage and support smooth service.
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory, and operational documentation.
• Uphold company policies, maintain safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders and suggest add-ons.
