Job summary

Five Below in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee associates, train staff, and manage opening/closing tasks while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, alarms and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
