Job summary

Nordstrom in Madison, WI is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist managers, guide teammates, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and visual excellence.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and stay adaptable to new initiatives. This role requires physical endurance, teamwork, and a strong customer-first mindset to help guests find what they need and feel valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with daily operations and store standards.
• Lead by example and help exceed personal and company goals.
• Train and coach employees to deliver outstanding service.
• Engage customers about events, Nordstrom Rewards, and mailing list.
• Keep selling floors and stockrooms organized.
• Complete inventory processes with accurate ticketing.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
