Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle system start-ups, cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, process returns and refunds, and support pricing and displays while maintaining accurate records and basic bookkeeping. This role focuses on delivering a delightful customer experience and staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications while ensuring accurate records.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers and offering assistance.
• Manages store operations such as inventory accuracy, displays, pricing, and basic bookkeeping.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access when required, including returns to reverse logistics.
