Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Store Key Holder in Wisconsin. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day, and assist with deliveries through the back door.

You will deliver a distinctive customer experience, greet customers, resolve issues, coach team members, maintain inventory accuracy, execute price changes and signage, and support operations from checkout to backroom while staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Register-related tasks including sales, price verifications, voids, and cashier duties.
• Assist with and coach team members on inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom operations.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
