Job summary

Torrid in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help open/close, lead by example in selling, and ensure the store meets KPI goals.

The role requires multitasking, flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends, and prior specialty apparel retail management experience. You will help implement merchandising and maintain an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in specialty apparel.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Flexible to work holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily operations and KPI achievement.
• Lead by example in selling and customer service to build loyalty.
• Support merchandising implementation and maintain a clean, inviting store.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales during shifts.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
