Job summary

Nordstrom in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Key Holder who will support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll assist managers, train teammates, and help maintain selling floors and inventory accuracy while keeping the customer at the center of every decision.

The role emphasizes ownership, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to achieving store goals in a fast-paced environment, with teamwork and service excellence at its core.

Qualifications

• High ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Identify customer opportunities and build solutions.
• Adapt quickly to store initiatives and programs.
• Proven success in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support a team to ensure operational tasks and opening/closing routines are completed with the customer at the center.
• Lead by example and exceed personal and company goals with outstanding service.
• Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional service.
• Inform customers about events, Nordstrom Rewards, gift cards and mailing list.
• Maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Complete inventory processes with proper ticketing.
• Keep floors and stockrooms clean and organized.
