Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor merchandised.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors and sets alarms.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance and customer service.
