Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern seeks a General Manager to lead a team at our Michigan locations. The GM will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving guest experience and store KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage daily production and inventory.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, and collaborating with the Regional Manager to execute initiatives. The GM will uphold safety standards and maintain store cleanliness and team morale.
