Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern in Michigan seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a team of Team Members and Supervisors, drive guest experience, and manage daily production. You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and develop staff, ensure policy adherence, monitor KPIs, maintain inventory and collaborate with the Regional Manager.

This full-time role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, safety awareness and the ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Google apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
