Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a team at our Rochester Hills, MI locations. The AGM will help recruit, train, and develop staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive guest satisfaction while managing daily production and KPI performance.

The role requires strong communication, staff scheduling, and inventory oversight and may involve community engagement to build brand awareness.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
Must be team oriented, self-motivated and well organized.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff consisting of Team Members and Supervisors.
Promote and enforce company policies, procedures and PPE-related changes in-store.
Follow safety guidelines for working with lye, raw materials and equipment.
Provide excellent guest service and build strong guest relationships.
Schedule employees to meet daily business needs and manage store production.
Achieve and maintain major KPIs and generate sales reports.
