Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 (Receiving) and D94 (Order Fulfillment) workflows to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and develop associates; manage performance observations and evaluations.
• Oversee safety programs, hazmat procedures, and PPE usage; enforce safety standards.
• Open/close operations; balance registers; coordinate with store leadership to ensure daily priorities and store readiness.
