Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States
• 1 year of relevant work experience including people management and retail operations
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead 30% Customer Service/Experience: coach on the sales floor, manage order fulfillment, audit delivery orders for accuracy and quality, resolve issues with escalation when needed.
• 20% People: support recruitment and interviews, monitor staffing, ensure training is current, provide coaching and performance observations.
• 15% Safety: enforce hazmat procedures, ensure safety checklists are completed, train on PPE and safe lifting, maintain clear aisles and safe work practices.
• 25% Shared Manager on Duty: open/close duties, conduct team alignment, review daily priorities, verify checklists and safety inspections, coordinate merchandising actions.
