Job summary

• Champion the GET culture and coach on the sales floor to model proper techniques.
• Direct receiving and order fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs and ensure accuracy.
• Audit safety, SOP adherence, and perform opening/closing operations with proper security.
• Lead daily walkthroughs, train associates, and manage performance and development.
