Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and friendly service
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and service
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures
• Perform store maintenance and upkeep
