Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends; potential overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and provides fast, friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
