Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Camp Hill to oversee daily operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing procedures, and driving sales while maintaining expense controls.

The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
