Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance while leading store operations and supporting the district and corporate teams.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling experience, and a commitment to our core values. Travel within the district may be required as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins and manage a cash drawer.
