Job summary

Goodwill NYNJ is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily operations and elevate the customer experience.

You will coach associates to deliver CARE service, manage customer flow, and step in to run operations when the Store Manager is away.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail supervisory experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in retail store supervisory.
• High School Diploma, equivalent, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing customer first orientated team.
• Coach and provide feedback to the team to ensure CARE experience.
• Manage customer flow to ensure best possible experience and engagement of customers/donors.
• In absence of Store Manager, execute all operations.
• Enforce company policies and ensure visual standards are upheld.
