Job summary

Goodwill NYNJ is seeking a Key Holder to support store management in daily operations and enhance the customer experience. You will model CARE service standards, coach associates, and ensure Brand standards are followed in the absence of Store leadership.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, managing customer flow, and maintaining visual presentation while promoting Goodwill Rewards and mission awareness. Flexible schedule and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in retail store supervisory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team.
• Ability to adapt to and engage with different customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing, customer-first team and coach associates.
• Support Store Manager in daily store operations and brand standards.
• Drive customer service excellence and resolve issues promptly and politely.
• Communicate product needs to stock team to maintain in-stock levels.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, and visually aligned with brand.
