Job summary

Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey (GWNYNJ) is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and elevate the customer experience. This role trains and coaches associates to meet performance expectations and ensures brand standards are followed while handling daily store operations in the manager's absence.

You will drive sales, reinforce Goodwill Rewards program education, and maintain presentation across the sales floor in alignment with brand direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in retail store supervisory.
• High School Diploma, equivalent, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing customer first orientated team and coach associates to deliver CARE service.
• Execute operations in the absence of the Store Manager while maintaining brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members to improve sales and customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally in partnership with Store Manager.
