Job summary

Five Below in West Palm Beach is seeking an energetic store leadership associate to help run daily operations and deliver WOW customer service; you will train crew, supervise associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will assist with receiving, stock organization, and open/close procedures, champion merchandising initiatives, and partner with the store leadership team to grow sales while managing expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform store duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, stock organization and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
