Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout speed.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and prep for operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with leadership in merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
