Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor/stockroom readiness.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets and assists with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory counts and pricing accuracy; assists with displays and merchandising.
• Handles vendor deliveries via backdoor access and supports backroom operations.
