Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Coordinate merchandising with store leadership and world recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room organization.
