Job summary

• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform tasks with high service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor replenished.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
