Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowed by the customer through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for the day.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and store initiatives.
• Perform store maintenance tasks including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
