Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions.
• Operates opening/closing procedures, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and enforces customer service standards.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan and inventory integrity per corporate guidelines.
