Job summary

Five Below in Ridgecrest, CA seeks a store leader to drive WOW customer service and oversee daily store operations. You will train and supervise crew, manage stock, and ensure a smooth checkout and store readiness. This hourly role requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts and strong communication.

You will act as Manager on Duty, coordinate with leadership, and support merchandising and stock procedures while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provides WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties with excellent service.
• Assists with stock receiving, unpacking, and organizing items on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
