Job summary

Five Below in Quincy, MA is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will train associates, open/close the store, manage cash and staff, and collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and guest service.

This hourly role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Keeps guests happy by delivering fast, friendly checkout.

• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and guest experience.
• Perform routine store maintenance.
