Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process general questions or applications.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally to customers and explain possible solutions to ensure they feel valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins including drawer management and deposits.
• Balance receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
