Responsibilities

• Support store management in achieving daily/weekly/monthly priorities.
• Assist with merchandising placement, fulfillment, and store recovery.
• Monitor associate compliance with policies and procedures; support Asset Protection standards.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures and daily tasks.
• Elevate customer experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associates.
• Drive sales by leveraging inventory data to optimize presentations and product flow.
